Terms of Use
Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website and the free tools on it, written in plain English. By using the site, you agree to them. Effective October 15, 2026.
Site Tools
The estimate builder, ad budget planner, search preview, search snippet preview, visibility checkup and other tools on this site give planning estimates and illustrations. They are not quotes, advice or promises. Your written quote after the free discovery call is the final price.
Not Professional Advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Apex isn't a law firm or an accounting firm. General information here about advertising, fair housing or platform rules may not fit your situation, and rules change. For those questions, talk with a qualified professional.
No Guaranteed Results
Apex doesn't guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales or any other result. Search engines and ad platforms decide what they show, and nobody outside them controls it. What Apex does commit to is effort: careful work, honest reporting and steady attention. The goal is to improve your results over time, and the objective is your satisfaction. As Google's own Search Central guidance (Opens Google Search Central) puts it, "No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google."
Content and Links
Content on this site is provided as is, for general information, without warranties of any kind. Apex works to keep it accurate and current, but details can change and mistakes can happen. Links to other websites are there for convenience. Apex doesn't control those sites and isn't responsible for their content or practices.
Paid Work
Using this site, sending a quote request or booking a call doesn't create a client relationship or any obligation. Paid work is governed only by a signed client agreement and statement of work. If anything on this site differs from those documents, the signed documents control.
Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
Paid work is billed as the rate card and your signed agreement describe. If a project ends early, you pay for the work done to that date, and any prepaid amount for work not yet done is refunded. If a service isn't performed in a professional and workmanlike way and you tell Apex in writing within 30 days, Apex will redo it at no charge or, if it can't, refund the fees paid for that part. Monthly plans can be canceled with 30 days' written notice. Costs you pay directly to other providers, such as ad spend, domains and software, follow those providers' own refund policies. If you have a question about a charge, contact Apex first; the goal is always to make it right.
Privacy
How Apex handles the information you send is covered by the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
The laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky govern these terms and your use of this site.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
