Who We Are

This website belongs to Apex: Web Solutions and Consultation ("Apex," "we" or "us"). Apex provides website development, search engine optimization and advertising strategy services. This policy covers apexsolutionsconsulting.co and the forms on it.

What We Collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the quote request form:

  • Your name, email address and, if you add them, your phone number, business name, website and city.
  • Your answers about services, budget, timeline and how you'd like to be contacted.
  • Your message, plus any estimate or checkup results you choose to attach.

The visibility checkup, the estimate builder and the other tools on this site run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere unless you attach them to a quote request and press Send.

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working.

How It's Used

We use the information you send to reply to you, prepare a quote and provide the services you ask for. We don't sell your information, rent it or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

Who Handles It

A few trusted services help run this website and our email:

  • Web3Forms receives form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace hosts our business email, where your request and our replies are stored.
  • Our website host serves the pages and keeps the basic visit logs described above.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and Tracking

This site doesn't use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party scripts. Your browser stores a few small settings on your own device, like your light or dark theme choice and the estimate you're building, so they're still there when you come back. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

How Long It's Kept

We keep quote requests and related emails for as long as needed to respond, provide services and keep normal business records. If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Your Choices

You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it or have it deleted. Just email shannon@apexsolutionsconsulting.co and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is meant for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top of this page.
